The Producer-Writers Guild of America Pension Plan ("Plan") provides retirement benefits to its Participants or their Beneficiaries. Participants in this Plan are generally writers in the motion picture and television industry ("Industry") for whom contributions have been made by Employers in the Industry who are parties to the collective bargaining agreement ("CBA") with the Writers Guild of America, East and west, Inc. The Plan is jointly administered by an equal number of Directors from the Employers and the Guilds. Our goal is to provide timely, accurate and courteous service to Plan Participants and to administer the Plan in compliance with Plan rules and government regulations. We are fully committed to enhancing Participants’ knowledge and understanding of Plan benefits, which will allow Participants to plan and prepare for a future of financial security that enables them to achieve the quality of life they so desire.
