Pre-Retirement Death Benefits are only payable if the Participant had
not retired under the Plan prior to death.
Pre-Retirement Death Benefits types:
- Normal Death Benefit
- Surviving Spouse Benefit
Either a Normal Death Benefit or Surviving Spouse Benefit will be paid,
not both.
Note: Participants who have less than 2 Qualified Years and/or less than
$200 in Employer contributions will not be entitled to any pre-retirement
death benefits.
