Paying For Your Care

The DHMO provides coverage for a broad range of dental services. With the DHMO, it's easy to estimate your out-of-pocket costs because you know - in advance - exactly how much your care will cost.

Copays
A "copay" is a fixed-dollar amount that you pay for an eligible expense at the time the service is provided.

Some dental services require a copay for each visit or service, while other services are provided at no cost. If a copay is required, the DHMO will pay the rest of the cost of your care, up to certain maximums and limitations.
