| Sources of Funding |
All contributions to the Fund are made by employers in accordance
with their collective bargaining agreements or participation agreements,
and by participants through premium payments. You may obtain information
from the Fund as to whether a particular employer is contributing on behalf
of participants working under the collective bargaining agreement, as well
as the address of any such employer or a list of all participating employers,
by request to the Fund's Employer Compliance Department. |
| Collective Bargaining Agreement |
Contributions to the Fund are made on behalf of participants
in accordance with the collective bargaining agreements between Writers
Guild of America, East, Inc., Writers Guild of America, west, Inc. and employers
in the industry. The Administrative Office will provide you, upon written
request, with copies of the collective bargaining agreements. The collective
bargaining agreements are also available for examination at the Administrative
Office. |

at 50 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL 60075. |
