Overpayments

In the event you receive a benefit payment that exceeds the amount you have a right to receive, the Fund has the right to require you to return the overpayment or to reduce any future benefit payments made to you or your dependents by the amount of the overpayment. This right doesn't affect any other right of recovery with respect to such overpayment.
