PART I - THE PLAN ARTICLE I DEFINITIONS Unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires, the following definitions shall govern in this Plan: Section 1. Annuity Starting Date. A Participant’s Annuity Starting Date is the Participant’s Normal, Early or Late Retirement Date, or the Participant’s Required Beginning Date, whichever occurs first.
