Article I, Section 24
Section 24. Private Retirement Plan. The term “Private
Retirement Plan” used herein shall mean any plan established and maintained
by an Employer for the purpose of paying pension benefits or retirement benefits
to Employees. A Participant who elects to become or remain a participant at
any time in a Private Retirement Plan as set forth in Article XV (as in effect
before June 28, 1994) shall not receive credit for a Credited Week for any service
rendered by such Participant while a participant in such Private Retirement
Plan but shall receive credit for Qualified Years if otherwise earned for the
purpose of Section 12 of Article IV.
