Article I, Section 29
Section 29. Trust. The term “Trust” as used herein
shall mean the agreement or agreements (including any amendments thereto and
modifications thereof) which are to be negotiated and executed, under the authorization
of this Plan, by the Directors with a selected trustee which shall be a bank
or trust company qualified and authorized to do business in the State of California,
such trust or trusts to be an integral part of this Plan.
