Section 13. Reinstatement After Break in Service. A
Participant whose participation is terminated prior to January 1, 1998 shall
be reinstated as a Participant when the first contribution to this Plan after
the Break in Service is required to be made on his behalf by an Employer; provided,
however that effective as of January 1, 2002, a Participant shall not be reinstated
until the first January 1 on or after the time when the first contribution to
this Plan after the Break in Service is required to be made on his behalf by
an Employer. Such Participant shall be treated as a new Participant without
any prior Qualified Years or accrued benefits, except as provided in Article
V, Section 1.
