Section 15. Missing Participant, Pensioner or Beneficiary.
In the event that the Directors are unable after diligent inquiry to locate
a Participant, Pensioner or Beneficiary for a period of three (3) years, after
a retirement benefit or death benefit becomes payable to such Participant, Pensioner
or Beneficiary, the interest of such Participant, Pensioner or Beneficiary in
the Fund shall be forfeited and the amount of such benefit shall thereafter
remain in the Fund as a part thereof; provided, however, that if such Participant,
Pensioner or Beneficiary subsequently claims such benefit it shall be reinstated
and paid as provided herein.
