Section 8. Incapacity of Pensioner. In the event that
a Pensioner (or Beneficiary in pay status) is or becomes unable to care for
his own affairs because of illness, accident, or incapacity, either mental or
physical, any retirement benefits due such person may, unless claim shall be
made therefore by a duly appointed guardian or other legal representative, be
paid to the spouse or such other person having the care and custody of person
as the Directors shall determine in their sole discretion. Any retirement benefits
so paid shall discharge the obligations of the Directors, the Trustee, and the
