Article VIII, Section 4
Section 4. Notification of Termination. Upon termination
of the Plan in accordance with this Article the Directors shall forthwith notify
the Unions, each Employer, the Trustee and all other necessary parties; and
the Directors shall continue as Directors for the purpose of winding up the
affairs of the Plan and the Fund, and may take any required action.
