Amount of the Screen Credit Benefit

The Screen Credit Death Benefit will be equal to $4,000 if the Participant had at least fifteen Qualified Screen Credited Years. If the Participant had fewer than fifteen Qualified Screen Credited Years, the amount of the Screen Credit Death Benefit will be reduced proportionately. For example, if a Participant had three Qualified Screen Credited Years, the beneficiary will receive 3/15ths of $4,000, or $800.
