Section 8. Deposits and Withdrawals. All monies received by the Trustees hereunder shall be deposited by them prior to their use in such bank or banks as the Trustees may designate for that purpose, and all withdrawals from such account or accounts shall be made only by checks or withdrawal slips signed by those Trustees authorized by resolution duly adopted by the Trustees to sign such checks or slips. Except as hereinafter provided, no such resolution shall be valid unless it requires signature by at least two persons, of whom one shall be a WGA Trustee and one a Producer Trustee. The Trustees may, in their discretion, designate and authorize an employee or employees of the Health Fund to sign checks or withdrawal slips upon such separate and specific bank account or accounts as the Trustees may designate and establish for such purpose.
