How To Check Your Earnings – Make Sure You Get Everything You Deserve

OVERVIEW

Contributions on your covered services determine your health and pension benefits. It is critically important that this information is properly reported and in a timely manner. You want to make sure you qualify for your pension, and that you get all the monies to which you are entitled. Health coverage is also determined by your earnings. If you lose that coverage due to an error, it can be a drawn out tension-inducing process. No one wants to go through this if they can avoid it, and now, the PWGA has tools available to you that can help make sure this never happens.

IMPORTANT: If you don’t see your earnings 45 days after you have been paid, it is important that you inform the Employer Compliance Department. They can be reached at (818) 846-1015 extension 603, or you can use email: [email protected]. The Employer Compliance Department  will need a copy of your contract as well as evidence of payment for your services. If they determine that contributions are missing or delinquent, they will bill your employer on your behalf.
