   Decidewhich medical plan is right for you

   You have the option to choose the same Anthem medical plan that we’ve had for years, or decide if the new Centivo medical plan option is right for you. To help you decide, we have a new tool from Budgie that can compare your total healthcare costs under each medical plan. In addition, you can also contact Centivo directly for more information, review the FAQs, attend an upcoming health fair or webinar, or call the fund office for more information.

   Verifyyour address and who you want to cover

   Verify your primary residence address and decide which family members will be on your plan. During the enrollment process, you will have the opportunity to enroll, dis-enroll, or add new dependents.

   Selectyour election and enroll in AutoPay

   Submit your election in MyPlans. You will be required to also enroll in AutoPay for future premium payments. If you already have an AutoPay setup, we will update your AutoPay amount automatically to reflect your newly selected options.
