Article 3, Section 2.
Effective Date of Contributions

All contributions shall be made effective as of the date specified in the collective bargaining agreements between WGA and the Producers. A Producer shall continue to make said contributions as long as the Producer is so obligated pursuant to said collective bargaining agreements.
